Been using Zara Spooks for over 20 years and they never disappoint. The walk-the-dog action is unmatched once you get the wrist snap down. Landed several trophy bass on this lure this spring.
Love the action and casting distance on this lure. Only complaint is the stock hooks could be sharper out of the box. I swapped mine for upgraded trebles and it's perfect now.
Not just for bass - I've caught several northern pike on this thing in early morning topwater bites. The rattle really seems to call fish in from deeper water.
